We Up-Skill Rural Health Care Workers

10 rural health care workers from 6 different districts come together for 3 days upskilling, peer support, mentoring and restocking their essential kits. With a strong focus on maternal and child health, our supercharged HCW acts more like clinical doula’s.

We recognise and respond to women in high-risk situations and trying to get them to a safe location for delivery.

If this is not possible, we teach them essential skills they need to potentially save mother and babies lives.
