Maluk Timor sponsors dental screening

The dental health of Timor Leste needs not only capacity building for practical skills experience, but is so often hindered by a lack of medication.

Can you imagine having a tooth extraction without local anesthetic? Didn’t think so.

So the rotting tooth stays, brewing infection and more decay. This leads to infections and complications.

Thanks Shane Fryer for your latest shipment of anesthetics that is going to help in the treatment of the school children in Timor Leste, wherein before this, 6 schools has never had a dental screening.

Well done and many thanks, Luis and Effie.
